23rd Feb 2024: Blue Plaques St Albans wishes to thank Andy Lawrence for producing a video of the official installation by the MP for St Albans, Daisy Cooper, and attended by the Mayor of St Albans, Cllr Anthony Rowlands, of a blue plaque for Betty Entwistle (1912-1975), the first female Town Clerk in England and the first Chief Executive of the City and District Council of St Albans.
